“We are dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex medical situations with compassion and clarity. We provide perspective, preparation, and patient-centered guidance, humanizing the healthcare experience. Our advocates have been on the same journey. They are survivors too.”

What We Do
NAVOCATE Health provides independent patient advocacy for people navigating complex healthcare situations.
We connect patients and families with experienced advocates who have personally navigated serious healthcare journeys themselves. That lived experience shapes how NAVOCATE supports patients through difficult decisions and complicated healthcare systems.
NAVOCATE exists to ensure patients have an experienced voice in their corner.
What Makes Us Different
Lived Experience
Every NAVOCATE advocate has personally faced serious healthcare as a patient or beside someone they love. We know what it means to sit in waiting rooms, hear frightening news, and make decisions that carry real consequences. That experience shapes how we help others move through those moments.
Patient Advocacy Training
Lived experience matters, but it is not the whole story. NAVOCATE advocates also complete training in healthcare navigation, patient communication, and medical decision support. This preparation allows us to translate complex systems and information into something patients and families can actually use.
Independent Navigation
NAVOCATE Health is not connected to hospitals, physicians, pharmaceutical companies, or healthcare systems. We do not answer to institutions or industry interests. Our responsibility is to the patient and family sitting in front of us.
Patient-First Perspective
Serious medical decisions affect the course of a person’s life. In those moments, patients deserve someone fully in their corner. We stand beside individuals and families as they think through options, ask difficult questions, and decide what comes next.
What Our Advocates Help With
Our advocates help patients understand complex medical information, prepare for important conversations with doctors, and navigate healthcare systems that can feel overwhelming. We help patients and families face serious medical decisions with compassion, clarity, and confidence. NAVOCATE provides independent patient advocacy and does not provide medical treatment or medical advice.
